How it works
Your team gets its own Cockpilot, at its own address. Sign up, open it on every device you use, then talk to it: what you say becomes tasks, each with its project, its deadline and the person who does it.

On compte.cockpilot.si: your team’s name, the address that goes with it, your name and your email. A link arrives by email, valid for 24 hours: it opens the payment, by Stripe.
- Team and Agency: 7 days free, with a card asked at sign-up. The subscription starts on the eighth day, unless you cancel before.
- Solo for life: one person, paid once ($29 during the launch offer, then $49).
- Your space is ready as soon as the payment goes through. Your invitation link arrives by email: choose your password, and you are in.
Sign in on every device
Cockpilot asks for your email first and finds your space on its own: on the site’s Sign in, in the apps and in the browser. With several spaces, it lists them.
- Your password, or Google, Apple or Microsoft with the same email.
- A passkey, a security key or an authenticator app on top, if you want one, or for the whole team.
- Ten backup codes, shown once, to keep in your password manager.
Install it where you work
The same app on the computer and on the phone: what changes on one shows on the others at once.
Every download, with its SHA-256- WindowsClosing the window keeps Cockpilot next to the clock, for your reminders. The assistant opens from anywhere with Ctrl Shift Space, and the installed app keeps itself up to date.
- AndroidA call with the assistant goes on with the phone locked, with Hang up and Mute in its notification. Your reminders arrive as notifications.

Talk to it
Send a voice note or call the assistant. It writes the task from what you said, with its project, its deadline, the time it takes and who does it, and says back what it understood. The board changes in front of you.
- On the computer, V calls the assistant, I writes to it, N adds a task and ? shows every shortcut.
- Assistant credits pay for what the built-in assistant writes, says and hears. Every plan includes some, and an administrator tops them up.
- Every change is in the journal, with the before and the after. A deletion goes to the trash for thirty days.
Bring your own assistant
Claude, Codex, Hermes or any MCP client works on your tasks with Cockpilot’s tools, and what it writes carries your name.
- Claude Desktop and claude.ai connect without a key: Settings, Connectors, Add custom connector. Name it Cockpilot, paste your space’s address followed by /mcp, then allow it on the Cockpilot page that opens. The Claude app on the phone picks it up. It runs on your Claude subscription: no credits used.
- Claude Code, Codex and the others: API key, at the bottom of the app’s sidebar. Create your key, then copy it and the MCP address into your tool. On Windows, the app finds Claude Code, Claude Desktop, Cursor, Codex and VS Code and plugs them in one click.

Bring your team
Team is for up to 10 people, Agency for 30 and more. Each person signs in on their own and has their own assistant token; the journal says who did what, and from where.
- One invitation per person: a link that works once, for seven days at most.
- &flo in a task hands it to Flo. A filter switches from my tasks to the team’s.
- A second factor for whoever wants one, or for the whole team.
