Everything you need to run your agency in Cockpilot, from the first task to plugging Claude in. A question that is not here: [email protected].
Get started
- Start a trial. Sign up at compte.cockpilot.si: your team gets its own space at <team>.cockpilot.si, ready in about a minute, with a 7-day trial.
- Invite your team. Connections, then Team: a name and an e-mail. The invitation link works once, for seven days.
- Give limited access. Tick "Limited access" when you invite an intern, a freelancer or a client: they see only the spaces you make them a member of.
- Choose your language. Appearance, then Language: English or French. By default, the app follows your browser.
Add tasks fast
- Type one line. Press N or "New task", then write the task. Words with a sign around them set its fields; the rest is the title.
- @space puts the task in a space (created if it does not exist).
- tomorrow, friday, +3d, +2w, 12/03 sets the due date (12/03 is day/month), at the end of the line; 14:30 sets the time.
- !high, !low sets the priority; ~30m or ~2h the estimated time; #word a tag.
- &name gives the task to a teammate; ?name means you are waiting on someone.
- *weekly, *monthly, *2w repeats the task; >monday snoozes it until then; // the rest goes into the notes.
Talk to it
- Voice notes. Use the microphone and say what changed: "move the Dupont quote to Friday and give it to Flo". The assistant says back what it understood.
- Calls. Start a call with the assistant to review your day or your week out loud.
- Credits. The assistant uses credits; each plan includes a few to try it, then top-up packs. With your own Claude plan or API key, you need none for text.
Claude, Cursor and Codex
- The desktop app plugs them in one click. Claude Desktop, Claude Code, Cursor, Codex and VS Code, on Windows and Linux (Mac next): Security, then "On this computer".
- claude.ai. Settings, Connectors, "Add custom connector", paste your space address followed by /mcp, then Allow.
- Any other tool. Create an API key (API key, at the bottom of the left column): it comes with the command to paste. Scope it to some spaces, or read only.
Spaces and who sees what
- A space per client or product. Mini for a few pages, project for a full space (roadmap, budget, goals, KPIs, moodboard), large project to group several.
- Who sees it. A space is for the whole team, for some members, or private. Your personal space is yours alone.
- The fleet. Every space at a glance: progress, risk, budget, next milestone, and an uptime check on each live site.
Bring your tasks
- From another tool. Data, then "Import from another tool": Trello (JSON), Asana, Notion, Todoist or any CSV. Tasks are added to what exists; nothing is overwritten.
- Google Calendar. Calendar, then Google Calendar: a Cockpilot calendar kept in sync both ways, and your busy slots in your day.
- Capture. Forward an e-mail to your secret address, share from your phone, or dictate: it lands in your personal inbox.
Your account
- Security. Password, passkeys, security keys, an authenticator app and backup codes, on the Security page.
- Export. Data, then Export: everything you can see, as JSON.
- Delete your account. Security, then "Delete my account" (also in the apps' settings). Your personal data is erased; what you did for the team stays, without your name.
