Terms of service
What you agree to when you create a space, pay or use Cockpilot.
Last updated: October 28, 2026
Version françaiseWho provides Cockpilot
Cockpilot is provided by GTA GO TO AGENCY, a French SAS (simplified joint-stock company) with variable capital of €1,000, 9 rue Jean-Jacques Rousseau, 21000 Dijon, France, SIREN 944 980 762, RCS Dijon, VAT number FR25944980762 (“we”). Contact: [email protected].
These terms apply to every use of Cockpilot: the team spaces at team.cockpilot.si, compte.cockpilot.si, the apps, the API and the MCP server. Creating a space, paying or using the service means you accept them. The privacy policy describes how personal data is handled.
Spaces and accounts
A team signs up on compte.cockpilot.si and gets its own space at its own address. Whoever signs up becomes its administrator and invites the others; each person has their own account and keeps their credentials to themselves. The team is responsible for what its members and their assistants do in its space, and for the content it stores there, including the personal data of its contacts.
Assistants and automations act with a person's token and never count as people. A token never has more rights than its person.
Plans and prices
- Team: $29 a month, or $23 a month billed yearly ($276), up to 10 people.
- Agency: $79 a month, or $63 a month billed yearly ($756), 30 people included, then $2 a person a month.
- Solo for life: one person, $49 paid once, tax included ($29 during the launch offer).
- Assistant credit packs: $10, $25, $50, paid once.
Prices are in US dollars. Subscriptions and packs exclude tax; Solo for life includes it. The price that applies is the one shown when you pay.
The trial
Team and Agency start with a 7-day free trial. A card is asked at sign-up and nothing is charged during the trial. Unless you cancel before it ends, the subscription starts on the eighth day and its first period is charged then. Solo for life has no trial: it is paid at once.
Payment, renewal and cancellation
Purchases are sold through Link, Stripe's payment service, as merchant of record: Link takes the payment, keeps the card, collects the tax, sends the receipts and invoices, and answers questions about a payment. Your card statement shows LINK.COM* COCKPILOT. A subscription renews automatically at the end of each period, monthly or yearly, and each period is charged at its start. An administrator cancels it at any time from the space's billing page: it stops at the end of the period already paid, and that period is not refunded, except under the consumer's right of withdrawal below. Changing plan, or the number of people on Agency, is done from the same page, and the amount is shown before you confirm.
If a payment fails, Stripe tries again. If it stays unpaid, the space becomes read-only: nothing is deleted, and everything works again once the subscription is paid.
Tax
Tax is computed and collected by Link, as merchant of record, according to where you are and whether you buy as a business; a business can give its VAT number at checkout. Subscriptions and packs have the tax that applies added at checkout; the price of Solo for life includes it.
Assistant credits
The assistant built into Cockpilot uses credits when it writes, speaks or listens; how many depends on the length of the exchange, the model and the voice. Every plan includes a few, to try it: $1 during the trial, $1 once with Solo for life, $2 a month with Team and $5 a month with Agency (twelve months at once when billed yearly). Packs add more.
Credits belong to the space and are shared by its members. They do not expire while the space exists, have no cash value, and are not refunded once used. When they run out, the built-in assistant stops until a pack is added; the rest of Cockpilot keeps working. With the team's own Anthropic key, the text assistant runs on that key, billed by Anthropic, and uses no credits.
Acceptable use
- No unlawful use, and no content that infringes the rights of others.
- No attempt to reach another team's space, to get around the security, the rate limits or the plan's limits, or to overload the service.
- No resale of access to Cockpilot without our written agreement.
- No reverse engineering, except where the law allows it.
We may suspend an account that seriously breaches these rules, after telling its administrator whenever the situation allows.
Your data
Your team's content belongs to it. We use it only to provide the service, as the privacy policy describes, and process it on the team's behalf (GDPR, article 28). The whole account can be exported at any time. A space whose subscription is suspended keeps its data, read-only, until the team subscribes again or asks for it to be closed. When a team leaves, its data is deleted: write to [email protected] to close an account, and its data is deleted within thirty days.
Third-party services
Some features rely on other providers: Anthropic for the assistant's model, ElevenLabs for voice, Stripe for payments, Google for Calendar, and the assistants you connect yourself (Claude, Codex and others), which act under their own terms. We are not responsible for their availability, nor for what they do, under their terms, with what you send them.
Availability and changes
We do our best to keep Cockpilot available and its data safe, without guaranteeing an uninterrupted service; maintenance is done at quiet hours whenever possible. Cockpilot evolves: features may change, as long as the service you paid for stays substantially the same.
Liability
For business customers, our total liability for any claim related to Cockpilot is limited to the amounts paid for the service in the twelve months before the event, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit or lost business. Nothing in these terms limits a liability that the law does not allow to limit, nor the rights of consumers.
Consumers: right of withdrawal
If you buy as a consumer, outside any business activity, you may withdraw within fourteen days of the contract, without giving a reason, by writing to [email protected]. We refund you within fourteen days, by the same means of payment. For a subscription whose paid period started at your request during those fourteen days, the share of service already provided is deducted; for a credit pack, the credits already used are deducted. The trial lets you try Cockpilot before paying anything.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. For an ongoing subscription, a change that affects you is announced by email at least thirty days before it applies, and you may cancel before then. A price change never applies to a period already paid.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by French law. Write to us first at [email protected]: most problems are solved that way. For business customers, the courts of Dijon have jurisdiction. Consumers keep the protection of the mandatory rules of their country of residence, and may bring a dispute before the courts there.
