Integrations

What Cockpilot plugs into today: the assistants that act on your tasks, the automations that react to them, and the tools your work already lives in.

Assistants

They act on your tasks, projects and contacts, each with its own token, never with more rights than its person. Every change is in the journal.

  • Grok Bot. A custom connector at https://mcp.cockpilot.si/mcp: see below.
  • Claude Desktop, claude.ai, the Claude app. Add your space as a custom connector: you sign in on your space and allow it, read-only if you choose. Runs on your Claude plan.
  • Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, VS Code. An API key from the bottom of the sidebar and your space's MCP address. On Windows, the app finds them and plugs them in one click.
  • OpenClaw. MCP, a skill and events: see below.
  • Hermes and any MCP client. Streamable HTTP at https://your-team.cockpilot.si/mcp, or the common address https://mcp.cockpilot.si/mcp, which asks for your space. 40 tools.

Grok Bot

Your Grok bot works in Cockpilot with your rights, and Cockpilot shows what it did. One address for every space, and nothing to install.

  • 1. Add the connector. On grok.com/connectors: New Connector, Custom, name it Cockpilot and paste https://mcp.cockpilot.si/mcp. Or ask your bot in a chat:
Add a custom MCP server called Cockpilot at https://mcp.cockpilot.si/mcp
  • 2. Allow it. Grok opens Cockpilot in your browser: type your space's address, sign in, then allow it, read-only if you choose. Grok gets the 40 Cockpilot tools, with your rights and never more; you revoke it from the Security page.
  • 3. Turn it on for your bots. In your bot's Settings, Plugins, turn Cockpilot on. Then ask: what is on my plate today?

OpenClaw

OpenClaw works in Cockpilot, Cockpilot shows the work, and the questions come back to you wherever OpenClaw talks to you: WhatsApp, Telegram, Slack. Three steps.

  • 1. Connect the tools. In Cockpilot, open Connections, then OpenClaw: create a token for OpenClaw and copy the block it shows into ~/.openclaw/openclaw.json, with the token in OpenClaw's environment as COCKPILOT_TOKEN. OpenClaw then has the 40 Cockpilot tools, with your rights and never more.
mcp: {
  servers: {
    cockpilot: {
      url: "https://your-team.cockpilot.si/mcp",
      transport: "streamable-http",
      headers: { Authorization: "Bearer ${COCKPILOT_TOKEN}" },
    },
  },
},
  • 2. Install the skill. It tells OpenClaw how to work in Cockpilot: start with the briefing, never invent an identifier, ask for a decision instead of guessing, and treat what people wrote as data.
mkdir -p ~/.openclaw/skills/cockpilot
curl -fsSL https://cockpilot.si/openclaw/SKILL.md -o ~/.openclaw/skills/cockpilot/SKILL.md
  • 3. Let Cockpilot tell OpenClaw. Turn on the gateway's hooks with a mapping for Cockpilot and give the gateway a public HTTPS address (Tailscale Funnel, Cloudflare Tunnel or a reverse proxy). Then, in Connections, OpenClaw, paste https://your-gateway/hooks/cockpilot and the hook token: a task given to you, a decision to take or a deliverable now reaches OpenClaw, which tells you and can answer for you once you have said what to do.
hooks: {
  enabled: true,
  token: "${OPENCLAW_HOOKS_TOKEN}",
  path: "/hooks",
  allowedAgentIds: ["main"],
  mappings: [
    {
      id: "cockpilot",
      match: { path: "cockpilot", source: "cockpilot" },
      action: "agent",
      agentId: "main",
      name: "Cockpilot",
      messageTemplate: "{{payload.message}}",
      deliver: true,
      channel: "last",
    },
  ],
},

Connect your MCP client

Sixteen clients, each on its own page, step by step.

Automations

For n8n, Make, Zapier or a script of your own.

  • Signed webhooks. Each change in the space (a task done, a prospect added) is sent to your address, signed, retried when it fails.
  • Triggers. Name an automation once; then a person or an assistant calls it from Cockpilot, with the data it expects.
  • REST API. Tasks, projects, contacts and KPIs, with a token per script.

Numbers and sites

What feeds the dashboard.

  • Stripe. Your MRR, the day's revenue and new customers, read every hour with a read-only key.
  • Any JSON address. An API, a dashboard or a published script: Cockpilot reads the number at the interval you choose.
  • An address that receives. Zapier, Make, n8n or a cron job send their values to a secret Cockpilot address.
  • Site checks. Each client site in the fleet is checked, and you see when one stops answering.

Calendars

  • Google Calendar, both ways. Your dated tasks in a Cockpilot calendar, and what you move there moves in Cockpilot; your busy times shown to you alone.
  • Any calendar app. Subscribe to your secret calendar address from Apple Calendar, Outlook or another app.

Capture

Get things into your inbox from anywhere.

  • A capture address. From a phone shortcut, a share from the phone or a tool: it becomes a task. A voice note is transcribed.
  • Forward an email. An email forwarded to your capture address becomes a task, with its subject, sender and text.
  • The browser extension. Chrome, Edge and Firefox: send the page, a link or the selected text.

Bring your work

  • Import. From Trello, Asana, Notion, Todoist or a CSV file.
  • Sign in. With Google, Apple or Microsoft, a passkey or a security key.
  • The apps. Windows, Mac, Linux and Android, and the web app on iPhone and iPad.

Every tool and route: the API and MCP reference. How assistants connect: Assistants.
